1. Weekly Audience, Monitor it
The first thing you need to Monitor when it comes to keeping tabs on your organic website traffic stats is to know your weekly audience, AKA (Also Known As) your unique users.
And the reason we monitor this is pretty basic: We need to know day by day and week by week if our website traffic is decreasing or increasing.
So first thing sign into your Google Analytics account and on the left side of the page click on (audience) then in the dropdown spot, click on (overview).
1st hit Audience >> Overview to find your unique users inside Google Analytics.
Next, Click the date option and choose the last 7 days.
If you want to take it a step further you can even pull up the previous 7 days to compare the graph lines and see if your last 7 days were better than the previous as far as providing your site with more visitors than the previous 7 days.

Weekly Behavior, Monitor it
Quick Nugget of Knowledge:

And one of the important points google uses when deciding how high to rank your website, Is your visitors behavior on your site.
So bottom line, There is a Few super important elements:
1. How well are people interacting with your site?
2. When people land on your website are they only staying a couple seconds? Or are they there for quite awhile?
3. How many web pages are they visiting and engaging with?
So, If your website does decent on those above mentioned points, The chances are google will rank it higher and there for sending you more organic website traffic!
(FIST BUMP) "Yep", You are well on your way to Organic Website Traffic heaven!
Website Traffic Behavior
So what exactly is considered your websites behavior?
Average Time on Page: Simply put, Average time each unique visitor spends on your pages, "Longer is Better"
Bounce Rate: Percentage of people that exit your site as soon as they get there, "Smaller % the Better"
Pages per Session: Equals the number of pages viewed per person " Obviously the higher, the better"
If your wondering were to find these stats on your website.
Again, look at the left side, click the (behavior) Next hit (overview) Boom there is your stats!
Be sure to keep tabs on your website visitors behavior after each passing week,
Ok Boys and Girls, Now On to Metric Number 3
(Weekly Search) Monitor It
Want to know a Huge bonus of Organic search traffic?
It's targeted website traffic, Meaning these visitors coming to your website used Keywords and specific search phrases, So they are looking for exactly what ever you have to say or sell.
In other words, They have an intent or "Buying Intent".
Next, One of my favorite reason for zoning in on organic website traffic is…
More and More people are not spending time on and energy on it! Leaving you a huge opportunity to be the man in this spot!
Best of all, Getting Organic website traffic to your website is EASY!
" How to monitor your weekly search organic traffic"
On the left sidebar hit (acquisition) Next (Overview) Having done that, You should see this
Be sure to keep an eye on how much organic website traffic your getting.
Next, In the dropdown menu hit (search console) Next click (landing page) This will bring you to a spot to view the pages and keywords people are using to enter your website! You can also find the search traffic volume, For each individual page on your website.
Why is this important?
Well if visitors are coming into your website off a certain phrase or keyword, The Odds are they are interested in learning more about that topic and Maybe Buying a product or service, which you can promote through out your websites content!
So Obviously it is very ideal to know which pages get the most search traffic, Next you can optimize them for sales and or conversions!

Develop Cornerstone Content
Developing cornerstone Content
So I mentioned a few moments ago that getting organic website traffic from google search was easy?
Well, In order for it to be easy, You have to know what to direct your time and energy at.
So I will Explain!
The simplest and easiest way of getting targeted organic website traffic to your website, Is by Developing the Right type of Content. And that ladies and gentleman is what we call Cornerstone content!
(Cornerstone Content) "But what the hell is it"?
Basically, Cornerstone Content is Big impact pieces of free content, ("Post on Your Blog") It's created to focus around a big topic that can lead to sales for your website.
It is written around specific phrases or keywords " which help attract targeted organic website traffic", It Must be in depth, "Minimum 1,800 words", Should be better than your competitors content, It Frequently can be Updated, Then Re-promoted, It Should also be monetized either through your own products or affiliate offers.
Now the Great News!,
It needs to only be Made one time per month and After that, It will drive most of your organic website traffic!
"So here are a few tips for you"…
Decide on a Topic
Figuring out the topics for your Cornerstone posts can be easy!
You likely already have an idea of the main topics your audience wants to learn about in your niche.
Now grab a piece of paper or open up "word" and list out all the Big topics related to your niche which encompass the main interest areas your audience wants to learn more about.
3 ways to tell if your topic is suitable for Cornerstone Content:
Creating a Table of Contents
"Yes it is worth the effort"!
Having a table of Contents will Make it 10xs easier Because you have a structure to follow when creating your cornerstone piece. So map out the main points you want to touch base on, like chapters, This will help you brainstorm what you'll say and the main outcome you want to achieve inside each chapter, Ultimately making it super helpful for your future readers!
Also, Google loves well structured content that makes uses of different headings and smart keyword selections!
Try to come up with 3-6 chapters to keep things readable. You need to make sure you identify relevant keywords to use for both your chapter titles and inside the content itself.
This will help attract even more organic website traffic, Because you'll be using a variety of search phrases.

CREAT A BLOG POST
Create Your Blog Post
Now is the time to sit that ass down, pull up your chapter breakdown, Your keyword list and actually create this bad boy.
First, make a copy of your Blog Posts chapter breakdown, Which will give you spots to write in, Then edit and make necessary changes.
Next, Go through the copy of your chapter breakdown and replace your bullet points with written content.
Once you have that first draft done, Copy and paste it into WordPress, I would edit it the next day.
Then once your piece is good to go, Put in relevant photos or videos to enhance your post where necessary.
Using this post as an example, You see that I've included photos where I thought it would be helpful for you guys reading and wanting to implement this strategy.
